Degree Completion
Unlike the trend nationally, students at Aims who have a developmental needs and are required to take AAA actually have a higher 200% completion rate than students who do not have a developmental need and go right into college-level classes. As you can see this trend has been the case for 7 of the 11 cohorts above dating back to 2008.
Students who took AAA from 2008-2011 were 7% MORE likely to complete a degree or certificate than students who did not take AAA; despite the existence of a developmental need. This is based on a 200% completion window.
